• Do I have to pay for utilities?
  When you pay rent at Forest Hills, your water and sewage are paid for. Other utilities, such as electricity, phone, cable and trash, are the responsibilty of the tenant.
• Can I have a pet?
  Absolutely no pets are permitted.
• Do I have to pay a security deposit?
  A deposit, which is the same amount you pay for your monthly rent, is required.
• Is parking provided and do I have to pay for it?
  Parking is provided at no additional charge for those living at Forest Hills and a few additional spaces are available for guests.
• How far away am I from campus and town?
  It is approxiamately one mile to downtown Morgantown and less than one mile (.8 mile) to the downtown campus and the Mountainlair.
• How do I get downtown or to class if I don't have a car?
  The Mountainline Bus Line runs every hour. You can catch the bus at the end of the street, and if you're a student, you ride for FREE!
• Are the apartments secure?
  The apartment complex is located in a very safe neighborhood. However, for additional secuirty, each unit is equipped with a security system (activation requires an additional monthly fee) and Forest Hills has on-site maintenance and rental office, as well as after hours emergency response.
